Introduction & Applicability

By using the gv22 website and all its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all registered and unregistered users of the gv22 platform.

gv22 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the new terms. The date of the latest update will always be displayed at the top of this page.

Eligibility Requirements 21+

The following eligibility requirements must be met to create an account and use services on the gv22 platform:

• You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is operated for those aged 21 and above only.
• You must register by providing accurate and correct information.
• Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You are participating on this platform voluntarily and of your own free will, and you are using your own funds.
• You will not bet or game on behalf of any third party or using their funds.

gv22 may request identity verification at any time under suspicious circumstances. Failure to provide verification documents may result in the account being suspended or closed.

Account Registration & Security

When creating an account on gv22, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false information may result in the immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

Account Suspension or Closure

• Using the platform while being underage.
• Any attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the site.

You may also request the closure of your account at any time. In that case, any eligible balance in the account may be withdrawn in accordance with the applicable rules.

Deposit Terms

The following terms apply when depositing funds on the gv22 platform:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (the same for every method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name only.
• Depositing using a third party's account is strictly prohibited and will be treated as fraud.
• gv22 does not charge any deposit processing fee; however, your bank or payment service provider may apply a fee.

Withdrawal Terms

The following rules apply strictly to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used at the time of deposit.
• All applicable wagering requirements must be met before submitting a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held if required documents or verification are incomplete.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if they are under review at the customer's request or for security reasons.

Welcome Bonus Terms

The gv22 welcome bonus applies to registered members making their first deposit. Claiming the bonus automatically activates the following terms:

• Bonus amount: 200% of the first deposit, up to ৳8,000.
• Wagering requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times (on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not counted).
• Example: A ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. After wagering ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000, bonus winnings become withdrawable.
• Example for a larger deposit: A ৳10,000 deposit earns a bonus of ৳8,000 (maximum cap), giving a total balance of ৳18,000.
• The bonus can be claimed only once and only once per account.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after claiming the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable; only winnings earned from the bonus after the wagering requirement is met can be withdrawn.

General Bonus & VIP Rewards Policy

Each bonus or promotion on gv22 has its own specific terms. In general:

• Detailed terms for each bonus will be displayed on the relevant page.
• Using multiple bonuses at the same time is prohibited unless explicitly permitted.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, gv22 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.

gv22's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%; Silver — up to 0.6%; Gold — up to 0.9%; and Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.2%. Progression to higher tiers is possible through active play. VIP benefits and cashback terms may change, and the latest information displayed on the platform always applies.

General Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when participating in betting and gaming on the gv22 platform:

• All bets are final. An accepted bet cannot be cancelled without a technical error.
• gv22 reserves the right to correct or reverse any winnings incorrectly paid out due to a system or technical error.
• For sports betting, the official announcement of the relevant sports body is considered final for determining results.
• Any attempt at match-fixing or exploiting insider information is strictly prohibited and subject to penalties.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software to place bets is prohibited.
• The decision of the game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.) regarding the outcome of gaming and betting activities is final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gv22 platform:

• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
• Hacking, introducing viruses, or inserting malicious code.
• Exploiting any error or vulnerability in the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately toward other members.
• Claiming bonuses or rewards using false or misleading information.
• Multiple members of the same family or household claiming the same promotion.

If such activities are detected, the account will be closed immediately and the relevant balance will be forfeited.
